So happy I found this place. I was looking for a nearby TRX class that fit into my schedule and found so much more. I've been a member for 7 months and am down 3 sizes. Most importantly, I feel much stronger and have a lot more energy. My teammates are all very supportive of each other. No judgment here!

Love this gym, so glad I found it. Each class is so different. Never a dull moment! The instructors put so much thought into each workout to make it fun, challenging and different. The classes are challenging but can be modified for all fitness levels. It's like having a personal trainer. The instructors are ready with suggestions, checking form and challenging the individual. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!
