Dropped off car night before. Steve called next afternoon to come pick it up. After MONTHS of not running correct these nice people fixed the problem. I called Steve on way home to say THANKS. Very clean, easy to get to, several bays that are serviced by excellent people. They service the entire auto/truck problems, change oil, ect including the radiators at MASTER RADITOR. Lake Orion route 24 to South Clarkston Rd, 2nd busines on right. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Trustworthy and do good work! Been there twice, once for AC and once for water pump. No complaints.
Thought I had a cooling system issue with a newer car I had bought. The shop understood my concern, and checked into it. They pressure tested for free and found everything in check. They referred me to the dealer nearby to find out if it was something that is common across the entire fleet with my particular engine - and it was (and not an issue).
Second time I've taken my Expedition to them and had a pleasant experience both time. They changed my plugs and trany fluid the first time and were honest up front about the plugs may break as they try and get them out. Then I had some coolant lines replaced. They are friendly and pretty fast. Price seems "reasonable" and they call first after diagnosis to discuss the cost in detail. I will continue to go back.
