Worst customer service!! My pet has been groomed there for several years and all of a sudden because he nipped they can no longer groom him??This has not been the first time he has nipped her!! The groomer herself couldn't even tell us herself that she was not going to see him anymore. She decided to just put it on his file notes for when I called back to make his appointment. Spoke to the store manager to ask why the groomer didn't say anything to us. Well he was so rude that he did not even let me talk, talking over me!! Worst store manager I have dealt with. Not to even say Petco grooming services are one of the most expensive stores
I take my DOG her for gromming and bathing. And to get his mail trimmed. They are wonderful and friendly staff always go out of their way to help me. And they LOVE my DOG.
Just went in to get some fish food. The store was bright and clean. There was a long line and only one cashier but she was very quick and friendly
Girls in the grooming salon are very nice and took care of Caesar. He came out so happy and looked amazing!
While waiting in line to pay I was watching a couple of dogs being groomed. One tiny one was shaking so bad and not once did the groomer talk to the scared dog or even make any move to try and calm it. A robot could have done better. I will never take my dog there for grooming!
