I cannot say enough about the professionalism Lake Orion Roofing displayed. They were always accessible and informative throughout the project. I obtained three bids for our roof replacement and found them to be very competitive. I would strongly recommend Lake Orion Roofing as a consideration when researching contractors for a new roof.
The guys did a very thorough job of assessing the roof and evaluating what would be needed for the job and possible problems that might arise. They took a lot of detailed photos to show and had quotes for different grades of shingles. We were a little leery about going out to the office at first but once we got there decided it was worth the time and effort for all the information and they are definitely not a hard sell company just honest and upfront which is greatly appreciated
My house is the cutest house on the block now! They replaced my siding and trim and insulated and vented my roof. Mark and his team were great. The office team is great (hi Patty :-) and dealt with all the paperwork so I didn't have to worry about that side of things. The workers were very tidy and respectful. They communicated with me when dealing with timing and material deliveries. I would highly recommend them.
Lake Orion Roofing did a very good job replacing our roof plus six skylights which were particularly challenging. They were hard working, courteous, knowledgeable about best practices, and tried to maintain a clean and safe work site environment. Everything was explained to us at each step in the process, and working with insurance went smoothly, however, the start of the project was delayed about three months due to unforeseen circumstances as was final invoicing, and we were finding and picking up stray nails for weeks afterwards. Our cost was reduced a bit as a gesture of thanks for our patience, a very nice thing to do. Thank you Mark!
Mark came out right away when our roof got taken out by the terrible wind storm. He worked closely with our insurance company to get full coverage for replacement of the entire roof. Unfortunately, Mark had a personal injury accident that caused some hiccups in communication and an extreme delay on start (nearly 3 months). It was very difficult to get the project going, the crew no-showed for 3 days. Once we were able to contact the owner, Mark, the project got done. Mark made sure the project was done and compensated us accordingly. We appreciate his dedication to customer service and maintaining a quality company reputation.
