Recently, I took the ring back to the store for an update of the appraisal and despite the fact that Dave custom designed and made this ring...I was charged $30 for the appraisal. This was most disappointing and certainly a surprise. I could understand a small fee for the paperwork, but I thought $30 for a product that originated from their shop was unwaranted. I will no longer patronize this shop... I am so disappointed.
I was quoted a repair job 3x the price at another local jeweler. Very disappointing.
