1 Star. That's actually being generious. This place is a joke. I work in sales for there automotive manufactures and I recommend a lot of customers to insurance agencies. I would highly suggest that you seek insurance elsewhere if they currently represent you.
From the initial call in I had my doubts. The woman who answered the phone sounded like she didn't want anything to do with everything and I was bothering her by calling. Then the man (Lonnie) who I was directed to seemed friendlier and eager to help, which reassured me - only for a bigger let down. When I missed his returning call, I called the office back, was directed to leave a voicemail and never heard from them again.
Waste of time and a huge letdown.
