Helpful, friendly employees. My favorite Kroger in the area. Not as upscale as the Kroger in Oakland Township, but much better service overall.
Always has empty shelves. Can't find half of what I'm looking for. Only 1 cashier open again! Had to use the self serve again which I hate! Ended up leaving without using my coupons or cashing in my bottle return because there is NO help available. I'm DONE with this store!!
I shop here most of the time. My pet peeve here is the lack of training personnel in how to bag properly. When I put all my frozen and refrigerated items together on the belt , I expect them to be bagged that way. Why else woukd I put them together? This irks me the most.
Sunday afternoon was very busy, but the trip went smooth. Not to mention we returned $150 dollars worth of returnables in the bottle room and had an employee of Kroger's named Rick help is dump the cans into carts. Very happy with this store and service was very friendly.
This store is always to busy. The parking isn't big enough. The employees are always friendly. They have great already cooked food. They seem to have everything you might be looking for groceries. I just don't like it is always busy and line's can be long. I really can't find fault. I just don't like crowds.
