I love the store but there were only two cashiers and at least 10 people in line. Manager did not step in to help she stayed at the back of the store. I waited in line for 15 minutes the cashier's did the best they could with no support from the manager the manager was well aware of the line cuz she had come up to assist for one minute on a return. Don't think I'll be doing that again Kirkland's is right next door which is where I went.
Very poor customer service at check out. I waited 10 minutes in line with only one person ahead of me. Many sales people on the floor but only one line open. Not helpful at checkout at all. Long line and nobody stepped up to help.
Definitely one of my favorite stores of all time! You can find some of the neatest and unique home decor items you need to make your home cozy and eclectic!
