I've shopped at this location for years. The selection has always been great. It has deteriorated in women's plus sized lately so I bought some cosmetics instead. 10 products to be exact. My second trip in a week. Well I had a corrupt lip gloss and the lady didn't want to hear my explanation. She just kept saying " we don't take back cosmetics for any reason". I ask for the manager and told him to smell it twice. He just looke at it and wouldn't smell the gasoline smelling lip gloss. He allowed my refund but then the sales lady denied cash for the 7 buck debit card refund. Moving on to stores stand behind their products and recognize my debit card as the cash that it is.
I have always had great service at the Nordstrom Rack at Big Beaver, but I cannot say the same about this store. I recently spent a lot of money on a pair of Cole Haan shoes, and after wearing them for two days they started to make a weird noise in the left shoe. I tried to take them back to this store tonight because they are faulty, but had the worst customer service in my life by an older gentleman with grey hair. I've worked in retail and restaurants, so I know it can be a tough job. I left the store fuming, and will have to go back, because this person was downright terrible at their job. Go to their other store, they are way more friendly and helpful.
