They use to do a great job ..if the General manager is not there they are terrible this is the 4th time they forget to do my back window and no tire shine as I paid for Bills Best they forget your review mirror and I always ask them to spray the seats down and they don't!!
Great car wash, better than Jax but pricey. They do a nice job but could pay a little more attention to detail when drying. I've noticed some streaks and missed areas.
These people are great! My car is so clean and shiny. The cost is incredible for the service received. It's the only place I use and the employees are really nice even when they're super busy.
Bye far the best drive thru car wash I have ever been to. My truck had salt and mud all over and it came out as clean as if I done it myself. And this was just the express wash.
I rather have them tell me they can't then say yes we will ..I will be going to the Rochester location as they are very good and never had any bad experience at that location.
Great wash, especially for the price, great attitude from the staffing (how do they find workers that are cheerful and do a good job?) and you can feel comfortable your car really is clean. I paid extra for mat cleaning, they really were bad, and evidently I was charged for carpet instead of rubber and a manager came over with cash and told me about it. I'd never know otherwise but they are that honest and pay that much attention. Highly recommend.
